Ashish Minocha
Consultant Paediatric & Neonatal Surgeon – International Surgical Training Programme (ISTP)
Mr Minocha specialises in surgical treatment of neonates, as well as laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical treatment for gastrointestinal conditions of infants and children. Other special interests include Paediatric Thoracic surgery, management of undescended / impalpable testes and management of restrictive lingual frenulum. Alongside his clinical commitments, he also serves as Regional Speciality Professional Advisor for Paediatric Surgery in the East of England region and sits on the RCS Professional Affairs Board. He is the Asia co-ordinator of International Affairs Committee of British Association of Paediatric Surgeons (BAPS) and was honorary secretary of Global Paediatric Surgery Network. Mr Minocha is passionate about teaching and education and has appointed a number of ISTP trainees from India, Egypt and Sri Lanka.
