ISTP Trainee Induction Day

  • International Surgical Curriculum Programme (ISCP): an overview.
  • Cultural differences: overcoming the challenges.
  • GMC: welcome to UK practice.
  • Surgical tutors: their role & how to engage with them.
  • Understanding the NHS environment.
